Discover our transparent shipping rates across the EU and learn how our Made-to-Order system works. We craft each garment locally, batch weekly, and ship directly to you—minimizing waste and ensuring fair prices.

Shipping Rates by Country

Made-to-Order & Production Timeline

Most Pamuuc garments are crafted on a Made-to-Order basis. This means we only produce what’s requested, reducing waste and overproduction. Here’s how it works:

• Weekly Order Window: Monday 00:00 – Sunday 23:59. Place your request any time during the week.
• Production Begins: Monday morning. Cut & sew takes 3–5 business days in our Barcelona atelier.
• Embroidery & Finishing: Approximately 3 business days for local embroidery and quality check.
• Shipping Timeline: Once complete, orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. Expect transit to take 2–5 business days, resulting in a total of 10–14 days from order to doorstep.

You will receive email updates at each milestone: Order received → Production start → Embroidery complete → Shipping confirmation.

Cancellation & Cut-off: You may cancel or modify your made-to-order item anytime before Sunday at 23:59. After that cutoff, production begins and changes are no longer possible unless there is a defect.

In-Stock Items

Certain items (e.g., tank tops) are kept in stock. When you purchase an in-stock product, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 2–5 business days across the EU.

In-stock items are priced at full rate and available in limited quantities, often from previous made-to-order batches.

Packaging & Delivery

Every order is carefully packed in recyclable, plastic-free materials as part of our low-impact commitment. We ship exclusively within the EU using trusted carriers like GLS, UPS, or DHL Standard. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

If something’s not quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• We cover 50% of return shipping costs via our GLS Return Portal.
• Once received and approved, we’ll fully refund the product price (excluding the original shipping fee, if paid).
